But the most remarkable thing about "Il Rustico" remains the pizza. Here it is not served by the piece, but by the meter. The dough is prepared from special flour and according to a very special technology that takes many hours. You can't imagine the aroma and the great effect that the sight of a one-meter-long pizza, sprinkled with fresh arugula and golden-green olive oil, has just come out of the wood-fired oven! Even if you are not hungry, you start swallowing.
The team's aspiration is to provide its guests with a high level of service and truly delicious food prepared from high-quality original products.
Here the mozzarella is Italian, the prosciutto is San Daniele, the olive oil is extra virgin, the burrata is spared and everything is wrapped in the aroma of truffles.
"Il Rustico" has a children's corner where children can have fun while you eat.
In addition to children, pets are also welcome here – it's no problem to bring your dog as long as it is well-mannered.
