IL TEATRO is the new favorite place of cosmopolitans in Sofia, the work of the creators of the Italian restaurants Forno Cipollini. The concept of a Tuscan experience, known for several years in the capital, is enriched here with a more colorful and rich menu. In addition to pizza, authentic recipes for risotto and pasta from Tuscany and southern Italy are appearing for the first time in Bulgaria.

Located in the old lobby of the "Aleko Konstantinov" Satirical Theater, IL TEATRO keeps within itself the spirit of theatergoers who stepped on the original mosaic of the Satire as early as 1956.

The unique spirit of IL TEATRO carries within it the family history of our il chef Pino Grasso. He comes from a family of chefs who pass down traditional Tuscan recipes from generation to generation. His fellow Christian Grasso also whirls his talent in the center of Sofia and more specifically at Forno CIpollini on Journalist Square. Pino fell in love with Bulgaria after several visits and could not refuse the offer to become part of the IL TEATRO team.

Pizza master Renato Trotta is the other key person in the theater's culinary team. His pizza flies through the air (literally) before it lands on the counter and is topped with the finest Italian ingredients.
