When we started offering freshly roasted and carefully selected high-quality varieties of coffee in Sofia in 2014, almost no one around talked about this aspect of coffee culture. To our great pleasure, from then until now, Chucky's has become the starting point for specialty coffee in Bulgaria. And the reason for this is not so much our inclusion in more than one ranking of the best coffee places in Europe and the world, but the curiosity, interest and desire to develop coffee culture on the part of the local public that Chucky's generates. This is exactly what motivates us to continue developing the idea that started in the form of a small place in the center of Sofia more than 8 years ago.
And while many things have changed since the beginning, we remain true to what is most important – to offer you quality coffee with origin and character, properly roasted and prepared by us like nowhere else around.
